By using Jev as the classifier, it will either be able to provide me a massive intelligence increase over `gemini-2.5-flash-lite` (about 12k classifications per dollar at ~90% accuracy) or a massive cost savings over `gemini-3.1-flash-lite` (about 2500 classifications per dollar at ~97% accuracy). The last 3% are not classified well except with LLM calls that cost literally 10-100x more per chip, which is not financially sustainable.
