couldn't you say this about any task completed by a NN? if you know the algorithm to arrive at a solution 100% of the time you would write a program, the idea is that you don't know the specifics of the algorithm so you rely on the scaling of NN to identify the useful patterns for you, this is all of course dependent on the intelligence of the model
