first pass at getting Jev to play Command & Conquer repo here: https://github.com/kyleeasterly/OpenRAFormer2 (it is very much vibe coded nowadays, fair warning!) will do some iteration. this unlocks things like being able to do a quick specialized query for things like combat micro and "where to place the refinery" (hint: not where Jev placed it with the v1 game state / action design!) amazing latency, too!
