I'm building orgtools.com to better align decision-making to an organization's strategy and institutional knowledge. Based on my experience hitting ~75 employees with last start-up and feeling everything start to slow down... it was really difficult to stay eyes-on/hands-on in an effective way without over-delegating or micro-managing. Converted a simple workflow to Jev last night... a user describes a decision they need to make which is pattern-matched to a decision type so I can pull history, best practices, etc. Just ran evals and Jev is 25x faster... 0.15s median vs 3.85s for Gemini 3.8 Flash and the confidence is _much_ better. This is huge for UX, nice work TypeSafe team! I currently have 54 LLM workflows of which Jev would probably be well-suited for ~15 of them, excited to continue evaluating, exploring.
