I’m building an AI-assisted chart-audit workflow for home-based care in Japan. One task I’d like to test with Jev is: given a Japanese clinical note, classify whether there is a meaningful documentation gap or inconsistency, return calibrated confidence, and escalate uncertain cases to physician review. I’m especially interested in whether this can work reliably on real-world Japanese clinical text. Happy to share examples or a small synthetic test set if useful.
